Weaving Sound & Spirit
Songs to return home
Born in a border town in northern Germany, Simon left home at 15 to pursue music, studying production and performing across Europe in Irish pubs, corporate halls and wedding venues. After years of touring as a working musician, a deeper call led him to India, where he immersed himself in spiritual practice and began dismantling the version of himself built on performance and approval. In ceremony spaces, he discovered a new way of making music - not a performance of songs, but transmitting what is here and now.
Today, based between India and Europe, Simon creates what he calls concert ceremonies; immersive experiences where songs meet spontaneous call-and-response, dissolving the line between artist and audience. His music bridges craftsmanship and devotion, translating years of live transmission into recordings that carry the energy of these moments into the world.
For nearly a decade, he has played in intimate gathering spaces where music is less about performance and more about connection; shaping a creative approach rooted in presence, atmosphere and what happens between people when their voices fill the room. Deeply influenced by witnessing how sound is used in ceremony, where authenticity carries prayer and repetition creates connection. His work reflects a view of music as something functional, something that gathers people, focuses attention and supports healing.
The songs are created between his home in India and the travels he makes to share what he is discovering. His work has been described as “medicinal pop,” shared in moments of closeness, on roadtrips, in meditation and during times of transition - music that accompanies people through meaningful chapters of their lives.
